Over 15 years of domestic and international experience involving customer experience (strategy, management, technology, business intelligence), operations and project management, business development strategy, outside sales, marketing strategy and marketing campaign execution (omni-channel, content marketing, social media) involving both start-up, growth and enterprise level organizations (Fortune 500). Allen has the background and expertise to create a customer experience strategy and execution plan that is going to produce near and long term results.
TrueCx looks at customer experience holistically in order to come up with a strategy and program that are actually implementable. Doing so results in real, tangible, and verifiable ROI metrics for Customer Experience.
Before founding TrueCx in 2017, Allen was Senior Partner at one of the world’s premier BPO/Contact Center consulting companies. Previously, Allen started and managed as CEO two startup companies, and has held various management positions, focusing on customer experience, sales and marketing. He has also worked as a marketing manager, network manager and editor, and project manager within the online news and entertainment industries. Allen is also a veteran of the US Armed Forces having served in both the Army National Guard and the U.S. Navy.
